Items in Original Condition

Please Note: Returns and exchanges are only available for Standard Jewelry Models. Custom or Personalized Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged as they are created specifically for you. However, we always confirm all details and send photos of the finished piece before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you discover a defect or an item that does not match your order, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
