1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between the Seller and the User of the amurstudio.com website.

1.2. By placing an order on the website, the User confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.

1.4. The Agreement is a public contract in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The seller sells jewelry and accessories through an online store.

2.2. All products presented on the site are informational samples.

2.3. Given the handmade nature of the products, minor differences in shades, shape or details are allowed, which is not a defect.

3. Ordering Process

3.1. The order is placed through the website or other communication channels.

3.2. The seller has the right to refuse to process the order in case of providing inaccurate data or inability to contact the buyer.

3.3. The time for making jewelry is from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the product and workload.

3.4. During periods of high demand, the time may be extended, of which the buyer is notified additionally.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made by the following methods:

Online payment via MonoPay (full payment);

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta (2-5 business days).

5.2. International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta (14–30 days).

5.3. Delivery cost:

Within Ukraine - according to the carrier's tariffs;

International - paid by the buyer when placing the order.

5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer from the moment the order is transferred to the carrier.

5.5. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery or actions of delivery services.

6. Exchanges and Returns

6.1. The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

6.2. A return is possible under the following conditions:

The goods have not been used;

There are no signs of wear;

The product appearance is preserved;

The complete set and packaging are preserved.

6.3. Delivery costs:

Bearable by the buyer;

In the event of a defect or error of the Seller - the Seller.

6.4. The refund is made after the goods are received and checked by the Seller.

7. Individual Orders

7.1. Індивідуальними вважаються вироби зі змінами стандартних параметрів (довжина, колір, дизайн, модифікації).

7.2. Індивідуальні замовлення:

  • Виготовляються лише за повною оплатою;

  • Не підлягають поверненню або обміну.

7.3. Перед відправкою покупцю надсилається фото готового виробу для погодження.

7.4. Після підтвердження виробу покупцем замовлення вважається погодженим і таким, що відповідає очікуванням.

8. Warranty

8.1. Гарантія на вироби становить 14 днів з моменту отримання.

8.2. Гарантія не поширюється на:

  • Механічні пошкодження;

  • Наслідки неправильного використання або догляду.

8.3. Рекомендації по догляду надаються разом із замовленням.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All materials on the site are the property of the Seller.

9.2. Use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The user consents to the processing of personal data.

10.2. The data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and communication.

10.3. The seller undertakes not to transfer data to third parties, except in cases necessary for delivery and order fulfillment.

11. Liability of the Parties

11.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

Incorrect use of the product;

Carrier delays;

Individual perception of the color or appearance of the product.

11.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.

12.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement — in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
